Head, Corporate Strategy & Planning at Eta-Zuma Group W/A Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategy formulation and corporate planning activities.
• Supervise performance tracking and strategic initiative monitoring.
• Coordinate cross-unit strategic reporting and presentation to EC.
• Ensure delivery of each sub-unit's outputs in line with corporate objectives.
• Provide strategic oversight on research, data insights, and process optimization functions.
• Shall be responsible for research function at the level of HOU.

Qualifications & Experience

• First Degree or its equivalent in Social Sciences, Business Management or any other relevant discipline.
• Master’s degree in Strategy Management and other related disciplines is an added advantage.
• Must have at least 10 years of experience and above in strategic planning, corporate performance management, or business development.
• Relevant Professional certification.
• Strategic thinker with a forward-looking mindset.
• Results-oriented and driven to achieve organizational objectives.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
• Change management experience.
