    Head, Admin & Institutional Support

    Job Summary

    • To manage HR, administration, logistics, procurement, compliance documentation, and internal support systems.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee onboarding
    • Manage facility logistics
    • Supervise admin staff
    • Ensure documentation integrity
    • Manage procurement with Finance Lead

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
    • 7+ years’ admin or operations experience.
    • Strong process and compliance management skills.
    • Experience overseeing multi-unit operations.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
