    Guest Services Executive

    Location: Ringroad
    Salary: 70k

    Position Overview

    The Empowered Tribe is a thriving, community-focused church that prioritizes creating a welcoming, supportive, and engaging environment for everyone who walks through our doors. As a Guest Services Executive, you will serve as a crucial point of contact, responsible for cultivating an outstanding experience for guests, members, and volunteers. This role is ideal for someone with a strong customer service background, a passion for relationship-building, and the ability to manage guest follow-up, visitor engagement, and support for all church-related events.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for new visitors and members, proactively following up to build strong, lasting relationships.
    • Respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner, through phone, email, and in-person.
    • Collaborate with church staff to create and implement systems for efficient guest follow-up and engagement.
    • Manage a visitor tracking system, documenting feedback and noting specific needs to ensure continuous improvement.
    • Engage and support visitors with relevant information on church programs, events, and next steps for involvement.
    • Provide assistance in coordinating hospitality arrangements for services and special events.
    • Train and support volunteers, ensuring they are prepared to extend exceptional service.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or guest relations role.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to engage others warmly and compassionately.
    • Organized, with a high level of attention to detail and follow-through.
    • Ability to work collaboratively and independently within a team-oriented environment.
    • Alignment with the church’s mission and values.
