    Regional Sales Manager - Mobile

    A Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving sales within a specific geographic region by developing strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving revenue targets. Key duties include setting sales goals, analyzing performance, recruiting and training staff, managing budgets, and building client relationships. 

    Key responsibilities

    Sales strategy and planning: 

    • Develop and implement regional sales plans and strategies to achieve company goals and increase revenue. 

    Team management and leadership: 

    • Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to meet performance targets. 

    Performance analysis: 

    • Monitor sales data and team performance, prepare reports for senior management, and suggest improvements to sales approaches. 

    Follow up collection and outstanding

    Goal setting: 

    • Set sales quotas and objectives for the region and individual team members. 

    Budget management: 

    • Create and manage budgets for the sales department in their region. 

    Client relations: 

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners. 

    Market analysis: 

    • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities. 

    Essential skills and qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in sales management.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decision
