Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and oversee electrical repairs and ensure all electrical systems are functioning properly.
• Carry out general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections of building systems, focusing on electrical safety and performance.
• Coordinate with contractors for complex electrical or structural repairs.
• Manage facility budgets and ensure cost-effective maintenance practices.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations.
• Assist with event setup and space preparation as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in facilities management or electrical maintenance.
• Proven experience in electrical repairs and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for new visitors and members, proactively following up to build strong, lasting relationships.
• Respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner, through phone, email, and in-person.
• Collaborate with church staff to create and implement systems for efficient guest follow-up and engagement.
• Manage a visitor tracking system, documenting feedback and noting specific needs to ensure continuous improvement.
• Engage and support visitors with relevant information on church programs, events, and next steps for involvement.
• Provide assistance in coordinating hospitality arrangements for services and special events.
• Train and support volunteers, ensuring they are prepared to extend exceptional service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer service or guest relations role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to engage others warmly and compassionately.
• Organized, with a high level of attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently within a team-oriented environment.

The Empowered Tribe is seeking a talented and Spirit-filled Drummer to join our worship team. If you have a passion for worship and rhythm, we invite you to use your skills to enhance the worship experience for our congregation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Play the drums during all church services, rehearsals, programs, and events.
• Collaborate with the worship leader and team to deliver impactful and Spirit-led worship sessions.
• Adapt to a variety of music styles, including contemporary gospel, traditional hymns, and spontaneous worship.
• Maintain the church’s drum set and ensure it is in excellent condition.
• Be fully available for all scheduled rehearsals, services, and special events.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a drummer, preferably in a worship or church setting.
• Ability to follow music arrangements and adapt to the worship flow.
• Strong sense of timing and rhythm.
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
