Growth Marketer / Hacker at Electronic PayPlus Limited

Location: Lakowe, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Work with the Business Growth Driver to drive initiatives that maximize customer acquisition
• Plan and own content calendar with copy, creative, CTA, budgets and plans to drive engagement on Quickraiz platform
• Lead development of and manage digital marketing plan focused on driving increased engagement across all channels
• Execute digital marketing messaging, audience segmentation, content creation and deployment
• Analyze, recommend and lead the implementation of improvement initiatives, measure outcomes and optimize plans
• Keep abreast with the latest trends and changes in UI/UX and digital marketing
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports to evaluate reach, engagement, conversions and other relevant metrics to accurately assess and optimize.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND with 2 - 3 years experience

Skills:

• Expertise in marketing, online strategy, user experience, PPC (Google ads and other directories), social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn), retargeting/remarketing
• Strong analytical skills including A/B testing , web metrics and sales metrics, skilled at web optimization, sales generation, conversion analysis and creating sales funnels, possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior to generate creative ideas, prior experience in a similar role
