    Financial Performance Management Team Lead

    JOB SUMMARY

    • TigerLogic Africa is a premier Pan-African systems integrator specializing in Cybersecurity, Observability, and Computing with operations in Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya.
    • The Performance Manager, as the name implies will be responsible for Performance Management of Tigerlogic Solutions Nigeria and related companies. The candidate will be responsible for driving a best-in-class enterprise business performance management system to support the attainment of strategic objectives of the Group.
    • The Performance Manager will report to the CFO.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Drive a business performance management framework to track group and subsidiary performance against set targets including annual budget.
    • Oversee the company’s annual budget planning process, implement an effective budgetary control system, and ensure compliance with approved budgets.
    • Monitor and analyse business performance and prepare reports highlighting key drivers and insights for the CFO’s review.
    • Plan and coordinate the company’s budget performance review sessions.
    • Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) across Individual, Countries and Solution lines.
    • Serve as a finance business partner to departments across the Group, providing financial guidance and support to drive performance and informed decision-making.

    DESIRED COMPETENCY AND SKILL REQUIREMENT:

    • Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills
    • Internal controls and operational risks knowledge/skills
    • Highly numerate with strong analytical capabilities.
    • Highly proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    • An individual with a high level of integrity.

    KEY RELATIONSHIPS:

    Internal:

    • Daily interaction with the Finance Team, all Business Units and HR.

    External:

    • Consultants and Auditors.

    JOB SPECIFICATION:

    • To successfully deliver the above goals, the right candidate must have:
    • Minimum of 5 years post-NYSC work experience in financial reporting and business performance management.
    • At least one relevant professional qualifications e.g. ACCA, ACA will be an advantage.
