    Job brief
    We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Growth Manager to help us expand our clientele and optimize our revenue funnel. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, product management, operations and marketing teams to design and execute growth initiatives.
    Your responsibilities include building and strengthening internal and external relationships, implementing strategies designed to increase revenue and acquire new business opportunities. 
    Responsibilities:

     

    • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
    • Building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external sales and marketing departments, vendors, distributors, and customers.
    • Identifying and developing new business opportunities for the company.
    • Researching new markets and emerging market trends.
    • Developing new partnerships.
    • Formulating and implementing an account management plan to ensure that business relations are properly maintained.
    • provide customer insight, by blending data with a deep understanding of user needs, habits, and perceptions.

    Requirements

    • Great data analysis and problem-solving skill 
    • Proven working experience as a business development, Product manager or a relevant role
    • Great knowledge of the Crypto and Fintech market
    • Communication and negotiation skills
    • Understanding of customer acquisition channels at their disposal
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams
    • Holistic business knowledge
    • Experience leading a team
    • Experimental mindset
    • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
    • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
