    Senior Regulatory Officer

    Position Summary

    • The Senior Regulatory Officer will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements relating to product registration, licensing, inspections, and permits.
    • The role requires strong engagement with NAFDAC and other relevant government agencies to ensure smooth operations and timely regulatory approvals.
    • The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

    Key Responsibilities
    NAFDAC Registration & Regulatory Compliance:

    • Manage and oversee the full NAFDAC registration process for both imported and locally manufactured products.
    • Coordinate documentation, submissions, follow-ups, and renewals to ensure seamless registration and timely approvals.
    • Issue and process annual NAFDAC permits for all relevant products and operations.

    Relationship Management with NAFDAC:

    • Maintain strong, productive relationships with NAFDAC officials at the head office and zonal offices.
    • Demonstrate deep understanding of the NAFDAC internal workflow to facilitate smooth movement of files and approvals.
    • Serve as a friendly and professional representative of the company to key NAFDAC departments including R&R, FSAN, VMAP, Pharmacovigilance, Pharma, Accounts, Protocols, PID, Oshodi Lab, Yaba Lab, and others.
    • Conduct regular visits to the NAFDAC South-West Directorate in Ibadan to handle ongoing regulatory assignments.

    Inspection Coordination:

    • Accompany NAFDAC personnel during warehouse inspections, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Prepare required documents, guide teams during inspections, and support resolution of any queries raised.

    Issue Prevention & Problem Resolution:

    • Maintain close professional relationships with key NAFDAC contacts to identify potential regulatory issues early and resolve them proactively.
    • Provide timely updates, risk alerts, and solutions to management regarding regulatory matters.

    Multi-Agency Liaison:

    • Collaborate with other government agencies when required, such as:
      • Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN)
      • Standards Organisation of Nigeria (SON)
      • National Biosafety Management Agency (NBMA)
      • And other relevant bodies
    • Ensure compliance with cross-agency regulatory expectations for business operations.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Public Health, or related fields.
    • 5–7 years relevant experience in regulatory affairs, preferably within FMCG, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or food industries.
    • Strong existing relationships with NAFDAC officials is an added advantage.

    • Strong problem-solving ability and proactive mindset.
    • Good understanding of regulatory frameworks, policies, and compliance structures.

    Maintenance Coordinator - Civil Engineer

    Position Summary

    • The Maintenance Coordinator – Civil is responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and executing all civil maintenance activities across company facilities, buildings, and infrastructures.
    • The role ensures that all civil works—including repairs, renovations, structural integrity checks, and preventive maintenance—are completed safely, efficiently, and to standard.
    • The position requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and excellent coordination skills.

    Key Responsibilities
    Civil Maintenance & Repair Coordination:

    • Oversee all civil maintenance works, including masonry, carpentry, concrete works, painting, plumbing, roofing, drainage, and structural repairs.
    • Coordinate daily maintenance requests and ensure timely response and resolution.
    • Conduct regular inspections of buildings, structures, and facilities to identify defects and recommend corrective actions.
    • Ensure all maintenance activities meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

    Planning & Preventive Maintenance:

    • Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all civil structures and facilities.

    • Assign daily tasks and monitor the productivity of maintenance personnel.

    Project Execution & Site Management:

    • Support civil engineering works for renovation, construction, and facility upgrade projects.
    • Provide input for project planning, cost estimation, material specifications, and technical requirements.
    • Ensure proper site preparation, work supervision, and adherence to safety standards during project execution.

    Budgeting & Cost Control:

    • Assist in preparing maintenance budgets for civil works.
    • Monitor material usage to minimize waste and ensure cost-effective operations.
    • Track expenses related to civil maintenance and report variances to management.

    Safety, Compliance & Reporting:

    • Ensure all civil maintenance activities comply with company safety policies and statutory standards.
    • Conduct toolbox meetings and enforce proper use of PPE.
    • Prepare monthly reports on civil maintenance status, completed jobs, ongoing works, and major issues.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • HND/BSc in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related field.
    • 7–10 years of hands-on experience in civil maintenance, building management, or facility engineering.
    • Strong practical experience supervising artisans and contractors.
    • Experience in manufacturing, industrial plants, estates, or commercial facilities is an added advantage.

    Senior Packaging Storekeeper

    Job Purpose

    • To effectively manage and control all packaging materials within the store, ensuring accurate inventory records, timely issuance to production, proper storage conditions, and adherence to company procedures to support smooth manufacturing operations.

    Key Responsibilities
    Inventory Management:

    • Maintain accurate stock levels of all packaging materials through proper documentation and periodic physical counts.
    • Monitor stock consumption patterns and raise timely requisitions to prevent shortages or overstocking.
    • Track batch/lot numbers, expiry dates, and material codes to ensure FIFO/FEFO issuance.

    Receiving & Verification:

    • Receive packaging materials from suppliers and verify quantities, specifications, and quality against purchase orders and delivery notes.
    • Coordinate with the Quality Control team for inspection and approval before storage.
    • Document all receipts in the ERP or manual systems.

    Storage & Handling:

    • Organize and store packaging materials in a clean, safe, and accessible manner in line with manufacturing standards.

    Issuance to Production:

    • Issue packaging materials accurately and promptly based on approved production requisitions.

    Documentation & Reporting:

    • Maintain updated records in the inventory management system/ERP.
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management.
    • Report discrepancies, damages, slow-moving or obsolete items for follow-up action.

    Compliance & Controls:

    • Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines within the store.
    • Implement and sustain inventory control measures to reduce losses, wastage, and stock variances.
    • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.

    Team Support & Coordination:

    • Guide junior store assistants in proper store handling procedures.
    • Coordinate with procurement, production, finance, and QA teams for smooth operations.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • HND / B.Sc Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 5 - 7 years of packaging store experience in a manufacturing environment (FMCG, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, Plastics, etc.).
    • Strong knowledge of inventory systems, ERP software, and stock control procedures.
    • Understanding of packaging materials such as cartons, labels, films, caps, bottles, and consumables.

    Senior Accountant

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team.
    • This role will be responsible for overseeing the accuracy and integrity of all accounting transactions, supporting month-end and year-end closings, managing key financial processes, and ensuring compliance with internal controls.
    • Experience in the poultry industry and strong working knowledge of stock and inventory systems is essential.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee and control all day-to-day accounting transactions across the department
    • Manage and record prepaid expenses and ensure appropriate amortization schedules
    • Handle accruals and ensure completeness and accuracy in financial reporting
    • Maintain and manage fixed assets register including additions, disposals, depreciation, and physical verification
    • Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
    • Review, analyze, and validate expense transactions for accuracy, proper classification, and compliance with budget
    • Provide detailed expense analysis reports to support management decision-making
    • Ensure accurate stock accounting with a strong understanding of inventory movement in the poultry industry
    • Have hands-on experience and understanding of ERP workflows, specifically:
      • RV (Receipt Voucher)
      • PV (Payment Voucher)
      • PO (Purchase Order)
      • GRN (Goods Received Note)
    • Ensure accounting entries align with internal control policies and financial standards
    • Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary schedules and documentation
    • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and controls

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred)
    • Minimum of 7 years of accounting experience, with at least 4years in a senior or supervisory role
    • Industry experience in poultry or agriculture is strongly preferred
    • Strong knowledge of IFRS or other relevant accounting standards
    • Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
    • Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
    • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
