• Operate and maintain the grill station efficiently and safely
• Ensure consistency in preparation and presentation of grilled items
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the grill area and equipment
• Follow kitchen protocols and work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a griller or in a similar kitchen role
• Strong understanding of grilling techniques and timing
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
