Graphics & Social Media Content Personnel (NYSC Member) at Ciibex Group Limited

Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Study design briefs and determine requirements.
• Schedule projects.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.
• Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic.
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design.
• Test graphics across various media.
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensuring every piece of content created is relevant and helps the company maximize engagement, reach, and sales.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Create original and engaging content for our social media accounts.
• Researching and turning content ideas into videos, images and infographics.
• Create various forms of social media content - videos, and images suitable for the various social media platforms, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with the marketing team
• Ensure every piece of content you create aligns with our brand voice.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Design or related field is a plus.
• Must be an NYSC Member
• Proven graphic designing experience.
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Extensive knowledge of the popular social media platforms.
• Ability to work with creative tools like Canva, Adobe & Capcut.
• Proven experience in creating engaging content on different social media platforms - Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Ability to turn a concept into compelling content.
