    Talent Acquistion Specialist

    • Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in executing hiring plans aligned with production schedules, shift patterns, and manpower requirements
    • Source and attract skilled technical, engineering, quality, safety, and factory operations talent from FMCG and industrial environments
    • Maintain a pipeline of pre-qualified candidates to prevent manpower shortages that affect plant efficiency
    • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, assessments, and documentation
    • Work with department supervisors to understand role requirements in relation to factory performance and process discipline
    • Ensure candidates shortlisted meet the technical competence and behavioral standards required for a processing plant
    • Maintain accurate recruitment records, talent databases, and candidate trackers for workforce visibility
    • Support employer branding initiatives to position Matna as a preferred employer in the agro-processing sector
    • Ensure recruitment documentation and onboarding processes align with safety, quality, and compliance standards

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
    • 3–5 years’ talent acquisition or recruitment experience within FMCG, food processing, agro-processing, or industrial manufacturing
    • Experience hiring technical, engineering, and plant-based operational roles
    • Understanding of workforce planning in a shift-based factory environment
    • Strong sourcing, screening, coordination, and candidate assessment skills
    • Ability to assess candidates for discipline, technical competence, and cultural fit within a factory setting
    • Good stakeholder engagement and communication skills
    • High level of organization, professionalism, and process discipline
    • Familiarity with recruitment reporting and talent pipeline tracking

    Regional Sales Manager

    • Develop and execute regional sales plans that support consistent plant offtake and capacity utilization
    • Identify, acquire, and grow industrial, food manufacturing, and institutional customers requiring high-grade cassava starch
    • Establish disciplined territory coverage and customer engagement routines to drive predictable revenue
    • Translate market demand into accurate sales forecasts aligned with production schedules
    • Secure long-term supply arrangements and repeat orders that stabilize production planning
    • Implement pricing and negotiation practices that protect margins and reflect operational realities
    • Work closely with Production, QA, and Supply Chain teams to align customer orders with plant efficiency and inventory control
    • Monitor order patterns to prevent overproduction, stock aging, and commercial waste
    • Provide structured market feedback and customer insights to support commercial and operational decisions
    • Ensure professional handling of customer service issues to maintain reliability and trust in the region

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Agribusiness, or related field
    • 8–12 years’ sales experience within FMCG, food processing, agro-processing, or industrial manufacturing
    • Proven experience managing regional B2B sales to industrial or food manufacturing customers
    • Strong understanding of demand forecasting, territory management, and distributor coordination
    • Experience working cross-functionally with production, quality, and supply chain teams
    • Demonstrated ability in pricing execution, contract negotiation, and margin management
    • Strong relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills
    • High level of commercial discipline, accountability, and data-driven decision making
    • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions
