Job Description

• Conceptualize and design visually engaging graphics for digital media, including social media posts, content posters, website banners, email newsletters, and digital advertisements.
• Develop creative concepts and storyboards for motion graphics projects, incorporating animation, visual effects, and sound design to enhance brand messaging.
• Design and animate captivating motion graphics for videos, presentations, and promotional materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and video editors, to ensure seamless integration of graphics and motion elements into multimedia projects.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in graphic design and motion graphics, and leverage this knowledge to innovate and elevate our visual content.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Conduct thorough quality checks on final deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and optimal performance across different platforms and devices.
• Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new projects and campaigns, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant First Degree
• Proven experience as a Graphics Designer with a focus on motion graphics, demonstrated through an impressive portfolio showcasing your creative work.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and feedback in a team setting.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, visually stunning graphics and motion graphics.
• Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with 3D animation and motion graphics software
