Job Description

• As a Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in crafting our visual identity and driving engagement across our social media platforms.
• You will be responsible for creating compelling graphics, managing our social media channels, and developing strategies to grow our online presence.

Responsibilities

• Design eye-catching and effective graphics for various digital and print materials, including social media posts, advertisements, website content, and marketing collateral.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
• Manage and curate content for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and social media marketing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager or in similar roles.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to create engaging and shareable content.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A portfolio showcasing your graphic design and social media work is required.

Skills:

• Experience with video editing and animation.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools
