General Manager at Swift Consulting

Location: Sangotedo Ajah, Lagos State.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proven track record of leadership and management experience, with a strong ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
• Lead and manage high-performing teams, including setting goals and objectives, and providing coaching and development opportunities
• Oversee all aspects of business operations, including finance, marketing, sales, and customer service.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure business continuity.
