As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing business operations, driving revenue growth, leading commercial initiatives, and ensuring the achievement of the organization's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
Lead the overall business operations and drive sustainable revenue growth across the organization
Develop and execute business strategies to expand market share and improve profitability
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers
Monitor operational performance and implement initiatives to improve efficiency and business outcomes
Provide leadership and direction to teams while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years' experience in a senior management role within Hospitality, QSR, Food Service, or related sectors
Must be a Lebanese expatriate currently residing in Nigeria with a strong understanding of the Nigerian business environment
Proven track record of driving business growth, revenue generation, and operational excellence.
