Job Summary

• The role is responsible for the overall management and profitability of the hospitality business, ensuring sustainable growth through income maximization and operational cost optimization. The position requires strategic leadership in planning, execution, and performance monitoring to achieve and exceed financial and operational targets.
• Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a strategic growth plan, identifying new revenue streams, and formulating alternative strategies to meet business objectives. The role will lead marketing and promotional efforts to position the hotel as a premium brand and top-of-mind destination for High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and corporate executives across Nigeria.
• The position also involves managing relationships with guests, residents, customers, and all stakeholders, ensuring the consistent delivery of 5-star, seamless, and flawless service across all touchpoints.
• A strong focus is placed on staying updated with innovations in hotel management, operations, and technology to enhance efficiency and capitalize on emerging opportunities. The role also ensures strict compliance with the use of ERP and corporate systems, prohibiting any off-system transactions or record-keeping.
• As a leader, the role requires modeling excellence, fostering a positive and professional work environment, and promoting staff development through mentorship and effective team leadership.

Requirements

• B.Sc. / BA in Hotel Management or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in hotel management at the general management level in a 5-star hotel establishment.
