Job description

• We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven General Manager – Finance to lead our finance department and drive the financial performance of the organization. This is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, risk management, compliance, and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the finance function, including accounting, budgeting, treasury, tax, and financial planning.
• Develop and implement robust financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Provide accurate financial reporting and insights to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Drive cost-efficiency and identify opportunities for financial improvement.
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, regulatory bodies, and other financial partners.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and investment initiatives as needed.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop forecasts and business plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
• CPA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent professional qualification is a strong advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in progressively senior finance roles, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, corporate finance, and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
