We are seeking a high-performing, Nigeria-based professional who will be responsible for managing a team of delivery/ project execution specialists including Project Managers and Project and Service Engineers, as well as Project Administration and Support across Greenfield, Installed Base, new technologies and Segments with Systems / Hybrid solutions.
A key interface between IA GDO and Country Operations (such as Sales, Commercial, Tendering etc) as well as wider IA GDO regional Delivery teams and global functions (GES, Operational Excellence, Finance etc) building a collaborative partnership to ensure best in class service for our customers across project execution and services.This position will drive delivery execution business transformations to achieve GDO vision, the ‘win’ strategy (competitiveness) and value proposition, as well as ensuring our team members are future ready in behaviours and expertise whilst exceeding the needs and satisfaction of our customers.
Primary responsibilities
Drive Delivery (Projects and Service) for proactive interactions with Customers, proposing innovative ideas, pushing our wide solution portfolio and leveraging on established relationships to support and enhance Customer experience
Simplify operating set-ups for an effective organization, driving a culture of innovation and cohesion to encourage people to be impactful and disruptive
Utilize best-in-practice initiatives
Build trust and cohesion for successful matrix management
Coordinate with wider teams to ensure the availability of project management and lead engineering profiles in anticipation of winning high probability complex opportunities
Ensure effective utilization of EEC India and optimization of costs and efficiencies
Ensure robust CCM and commercial understanding of teams, optimizing utilization and win ratio
Deployment/ customization of Digital offers, encouraging an up-sell culture (via direct contact with customers)
Aware of, and engaged with technical content including project execution methodology and supporting documents such as schedule, man hours, deliverable lists, technical clarifications and deviations
Collaborate on the Risk Management and Commercial Review Process (Contracts & Approvals)
Collaborate with Greenfield Tendering in preparation of the commercial content ie: BOM, GEET estimates, commercial clarifications, deviations and technical reviews in accordance with customer expectations of the solution offering
Customer focused, take accountability for improving the customer experience during the execution phase, maintaining ongoing connections with the appropriate stakeholders on the customer side
Drive the development, engagement and retention of our teams to ensure we are current and future ready

Engineering (or similar) or equivalent business experience
