Fundraising and Business Transactions Manager at Maurice Xandra Solutions

Our Client is a a leading real estate development and services business in Africa.

JOB SUMMARY

With the growing needs of the Company, Our Client needs an individual who would be responsible for the raising and managing the capital to execute the next few projects, by using his/her knowledge, skills, and abilities to set the goals and objective that will ensure the fund raising for the Company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Funding raising for capital projects. .

• Creating pitch documents, investment memoranda, board and management level grade reports, verbal communication, rigorous documentation, and proficiency in using targeted channels to communicate Group ideas to the diverse crowd this role will be dealing with.

• Lead multiple engagements with banks, other financial institutions such as pension funds, rating agencies, World-wide financial regulators, private investors, interest groups, partners, governmental and non-governmental institutions, and other stakeholders in the financial community to secure financing and agreements for Group projects at competitive terms.

• Oversee financial management and all the attention to detail that is required to ensure qualitative administration of the businesses to keep delivering value to the customer and society.

• Developing and improving procedures and business operating practices to ensure excellence in service delivery, asset utilization and profitability.

• Lead core team by providing exemplary leadership and level headedness and providing direction to multiple non-team members in creating the synergy required for evaluating, executing, and managing business objectives.

• Handle multiple challenges across roles, department, and ideas.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Advanced degrees in business, finance and other related courses. MBA will be an advantage.

• Minimum of 5 years post-NYSC experience in a formal organization
• Experience from any of the Big 4 Financial Service Companies
• Out of country experience either through education or employment history
• Experience with raising funds and monitoring performance for capital projects.
• Project Management experience
• Experience with the Real Estate Market is Mandatory.
• Candidate must have the resourcefulness in creating pitch documents, investment memoranda, board and management level grade reports
