• The Company is seeking to hire a dynamic and High network Fund-raising executive who will play a pivotal role in securing financial resources to support the organization’s mission and drive growth.
• S/he will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective strategies to enhance the brand reputation, establish strong relationships with stakeholders, and secure funding for the organization via international donors. Corporate sponsors, grants etc.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Research and identify potential funding sources, including grants, corporate sponsors, individual and international donors, and fundraising events.
• Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and funding organizations through effective communication, networking, and stewardship activities.
• Create compelling fundraising proposals, grant applications, sponsorship packages, and fundraising appeals to secure financial support.
• Organize and manage fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives to engage donors and raise funds.
• Collaborate with the founding team to develop and implement fundraising campaigns that align with the organization's mission and target audience.
• Track and analyze fundraising metrics, generate reports, and provide regular updates to key stakeholders on fundraising progress.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in fundraising and apply them to enhance fundraising strategies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal and ethical guidelines related to fundraising activities.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials and communication strategies to support fundraising efforts.
• Work closely with the team to integrate fundraising efforts with other organizational activities.

Requirements

• First Degree in Marketing, Business Development, or Communications preferred
• Proven track record of successful fund raising with HNIs, corporate, grants, international donors and Government agencies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with donors and sponsors.
• Passionate about the mission and vision of the organization.
• Excellent writing skills to create compelling fundraising proposals, grant applications, and other fundraising materials.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple fundraising initiatives simultaneously.
• Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with fundraising tools, techniques, and platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of legal and ethical guidelines related to fundraising activities.
