Fulfillment Officer at Whoosh Logistics Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

• Process and oversee daily order pickups, deliveries, and fulfillment requests.
• Coordinate directly with delivery partners
• Track the movement of delivery and troubleshoot delivery delays or issues.
• Ensure all fulfillment records are accurately maintained and up to date.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve client issues quickly.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal SOPs.
• Prepare and share regular reports on fulfillment performance.
• Support the onboarding and coordination of delivery partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• 0–1 year experience in logistics or fulfillment operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Computer savvy and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
