    Front Desk Officer

    We are seeking to recruit an OND holder for the Front Desk Officer position. Interested candidates must reside in Ilupeju or its environs.

    Job Objective

    • Ensure seamless operations at the reception area while providing a welcoming, organized, and professional environment for visitors and staff.
    • Foster positive interactions, excellent customer service, and timely communication across all internal and external touchpoints.
    • Support administrative efficiency and promote the company’s professional image.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Manage day-to-day front desk and administrative/clerical operations to ensure the smooth running of office activities.
    • Greet and attend to visitors and clients courteously while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
    • Manage all incoming calls — screen, redirect, or take messages as appropriate.
    • Receive, record, and dispatch all incoming and outgoing mails to the appropriate departments promptly.
    • Maintain the visitors’ register and ensure proper documentation of office correspondence.
    • Monitor and ensure prompt response to email enquiries and general correspondence.
    • Provide administrative and logistical support to the HR and ESS teams as needed.
    • Coordinate meeting schedules, send out invitations, and manage meeting room bookings.
    • Collate and submit weekly administrative or front desk activity reports.
    • Maintain confidentiality and security of information and records entrusted to you.
    • Perform any other related duties may be assigned.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of National Diploma (ND) in Business Administration, Office Technology, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a front desk, customer service, or administrative support role (experience in a corporate environment is an added advantage).
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
    • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

    Skills/Competencies

    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
    • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Professional time management and multitasking abilities.
