    Front Desk Officer

    Job Summary:

    • Lonadek Global Services is seeking to engage an experienced and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the front desk, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients and visitors.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet and welcome clients and visitors: Provide a warm and professional welcome to clients and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
    • Manage the front desk: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
    • Provide customer service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex issues to relevant teams.
    • Maintain records and databases: Accurately maintain records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
    • Perform administrative tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing documents.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience: Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
    • Graduate degree: A first degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
    • Exceptional customer service skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
    • Organizational and time management skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
