Job Summary

• We are seeking experienced, disciplined, and technically sound professionals to join our construction and operations team.
• Preference will be given to candidates with strong experience in property development and large-scale construction projects, particularly those who have worked with reputable firms such as ITB Nigeria Limited, Julius Berger Nigeria Plc, Cappa & D’Alberto Plc, Vita Construction Limited, CCECC, or similar organizations.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residentialfacilities.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure prompt resolution
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations
• Support testing and commissioning of electrical installations
• Maintain records of electrical works and maintenance

Requirements

• OND/Trade Test/Technical certification in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 7 years’ hands-on experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial electrical systems
• Experience working on real estate or large construction sites preferred
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and enforce approved concrete mix designs and mix ratios in line with project specifications
• Supervise batching plant operations to ensure accurate batching of cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures
• Conduct routine quality control tests including slump tests, cube casting, compressive strength tests, and material grading
• Ensure all concrete produced meets required strength, durability, and consistency standards
• Monitor raw materials (cement, aggregates, water, admixtures) for quality, storage, and compliance
• Identify, document, and report non-conformities and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain detailed quality records, test results, and production logs
• Liaise with site engineers, plant operators, and project managers to resolve concrete-related issues
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Support continuous improvement of concrete production processes and quality assurance systems.

Requirements

• HND/BSc in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in QA/QC within construction or real estate
• Strong knowledge of construction quality standards and testing procedures
• Ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications
• Experience with reputable construction firms is a strong advantage.

• Ensure optimal performance of batching plants, loaders, generators, and other site equipment
• Maintain service records and report equipment conditions
• Comply with safety and operational standards.

Requirements

• OND/HND in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline
• Minimum of 8 –10 years’ experience as a plant mechanic in construction/real estate companies
• Strong knowledge of heavy-duty construction equipment
• Experience with reputable construction firms is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently under site conditions.
