    Front Desk Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a smart and professional Front Desk Officer to manage front-desk operations, attend to customers, and support basic administrative tasks.
    • The ideal candidate must reside close to Gwarinpa and be fluent in Hausa.

    Key Requirements

    • Must be able to speak Hausa fluently
    • At least ND/HND, or equivalent qualification
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Good customer service orientation
    • Must reside in or very close to Gwarinpa
    • Basic computer and administrative skills
    • Prior front desk or customer-facing experience is an added advantage.
