    Microbiologist

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Microbiologist with 2–3 years of relevant work experience to join our team in Ogun State.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting microbiological tests, analyzing results, maintaining laboratory standards, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety regulations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
    • Conduct environmental monitoring and water analysis.
    • Prepare culture media, reagents, and maintain laboratory equipment.
    • Document and interpret test results accurately.
    • Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    • Support internal and external audits.
    • Maintain proper records of laboratory activities and reports.

    Requirements

    Logistics Field Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Pick up empty containers from designated depots or terminals
    • Coordinate and supervise container stuffing at warehouses
    • Visit shipping lines, terminals, and ports as required for operational follow-up
    • Ensure timely delivery and return of containers
    • Liaise with warehouse staff, transporters, and port officials
    • Track container movement and provide status updates to the operations team
    • Ensure compliance with company procedures and port regulations
    • Handle other assigned field logistics duties

    Qualifications & Experience

    • OND / HND in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

    Distributor Management System Executive

    Job Purpose

    • To manage and support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Distributor Management System (DMS) across assigned distributors.
    • The role ensures accurate data capture, seamless integration between DMS and SFA/ERP systems, and timely reporting of sales, stock, and route activities.

    Key Responsibilities
    DMS Implementation & Support:

    • Coordinate DMS implementations with approved distributors.
    • Ensure proper installation, configuration, and optimal system functionality.
    • Collaborate with distributors and the Sales Capability Manager for setup, troubleshooting, and user access management.

    Data Management & Reporting:

    • Ensure timely and accurate upload of sales, stock, and purchase data by distributors.
    • Validate and reconcile DMS data with primary sales and SFA reports.
    • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports on sales, inventory, and market coverage.

    Secondary Sales & Route Mapping:

    • Maintain updated mapping of sales staff to distributors and territories.
    • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate route and outlet data in DMS/SFA.
    • Support activation and monitoring of field staff via geo-fencing.

    Training & Compliance:

    • Train sales representatives on SFA usage and accurate data entry.
    • Ensure adherence to company data standards and reporting processes.
    • Identify system usage issues or compliance challenges and escalate accordingly.

    System Integration & Improvement:

    • Collaborate with SFA and IT teams for system integrations and upgrades.
    • Recommend process enhancements or software updates based on user feedback.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Full DMS functionality across assigned distributors.
    • Accuracy and timeliness of secondary sales data.
    • Route validation and geo-fencing compliance.
    • Accuracy of DMS and SFA data reconciliation.
    • User training compliance and data accuracy rate.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 2 - 4 years’ experience in FMCG sales operations, MIS, or DMS management.
    • Familiarity with DMS platforms, SFA tools, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
    • Strong MS Excel and data analysis skills.
    • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

    Supply Chain Operations Planner (Personal Care)

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for an experienced and highly analytical Supply Chain Operations Manager to drive demand planning, material planning, supply balancing, and S&OP execution within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a rolling demand and supply plan, ensuring On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) product availability, optimizing inventory levels, and aligning commercial demand with manufacturing and procurement capabilities.
    • The role also drives the implementation and sustainability of a strong Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead demand forecasting using statistical models and baseline planning
    • Integrate innovation and promotional activities into demand plans
    • Develop and manage Master Production Schedules
    • Ensure availability of Raw & Packaging Materials (RMPM)
    • Optimize finished goods inventory and reduce SLOBs
    • Align closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Commercial, and Logistics teams

    Utility Operations Engineer

    Job Summary

    • The Utilities Engineer will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and optimization of utility systems within an FMCG manufacturing environment, ensuring uninterrupted supply of power, steam, air, water, and other utilities to support production.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operate and maintain utility systems including boilers, air compressors, chillers, cooling towers, generators, and power distribution systems.
    • Ensure continuous supply of utilities (steam, air, water, electricity) to production lines.
    • Execute preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime.
    • Monitor utility performance, energy consumption, and efficiency metrics.
    • Maintain water treatment and wastewater treatment plants (WTP/WWTP).

    • Strong knowledge of boilers, compressors, chillers, power distribution, and treatment plants.
    • Hands-on experience with preventive and corrective maintenance systems.
    • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and teamwork skills.
