    Job Summary

    We are looking to hire an experienced Front Desk Admin officer who work in the reception area of the organization and interface with customers and public on a day- to day basis. You will be responsible for greeting guests, data entry, booking appointments, answering customer calls and queries, managing schedules, handling business correspondence.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES.

    • Responsible for performing all check-in and Check-out tasks
    • Responsible for welcoming guests upon arrival and assigning them their rooms.
    • Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
    • Ensuring that the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
    • Responsible for informing clients about payment methods and verify their credit card data
    • Responsible for redirecting phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
    • Responsible for liaising with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
    • Ensure to maintain updated records of bookings and payment.
    • Responsible for upselling additional facilities and services, when appropriate
    • Responsible for confirming group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Candidate having educational background in hotel management is a plus
    • Possess 2+ years’ experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role
    • Have experience with hotel reservations software like Cloudbeds and RoomKeyPMS
    • Have a good understanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking and TripAdvisor
    • Customer service attitude
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
