Freight Operations Team Member at Aramex

Job Description

• Agree and update the customer service and sales team on timeframes to handle all shipments, damages, delay, or any discrepancy.
• Check convenient schedules, coordinate the delivery with dispatchers to meet pickup and delivery timelines, customer requests and ensure accurate dues collection.
• Coordinate labour, documentation, physical handling and directly approach different authorities for moving shipment.
• Upload online data to local authorities and handling agents, where applicable
• Coordinate collection of documents from different terminals and other Agents
• Coordinate the delivery with the dispatch and ensure POD is signed by customer and ensure necessary procedures are implemented in daily operational activities.
• Knowledge of export and import documentations process both on air and sea.
