Job Description

• Helping students participate in sports to work towards achieving their full potential and to improve performance.
• To lead by example and have the ability to carry out every task they are asking the students to
• Must be ready to follow the City Sports School curriculum in deploying their duties and will be comfortable using technology to do so.
• Must also be aware of their ethical and legal obligations to their clients and will work in line with the City Sports School Safe Guarding Policy.
• Researching teams and developing tactics and strategies.
• Assessing players and developing training plans to build strengths.
• Selecting the team for games and motivating players.
• Resolving inner-team disputes and settling disagreements.

Requirements

• Degree in related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience
• Passion & Enthusiasm
• Ability to maintain focus/motivation in the completion of repeated tasks.
