Role Description

• This is an on-site, contract role for a Food and Beverage Supervisor located in Benin City.
• The Food and Beverage Supervisor will oversee daily food and beverage operations, maintain service standards, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring efficient food service delivery, monitoring quality and hygiene standards, and assisting in employee training.
• The supervisor will also address customer inquiries and complaints, as well as collaborate with the management team to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management and staff coordination
• Proficiency in implementing and maintaining Service Standards
• Experience in Food Service operations and food safety practices
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to solve problems under pressure
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
• A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is advantageous
