Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Specialist at Frutta Foods and Services Nigeria Limited

What You’ll Do

• As our FP&A Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the financial direction of our business through:
• Budgeting, forecasting & strategic financial modelling
• Monthly performance reporting & variance analysis
• Partnering with Sales, Marketing & Operations for data-driven decisions
• Evaluating pricing, promotions & new product scenarios
• Tracking working capital & optimizing cash flow
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities across the value chain
• Improving financial reporting processes & leveraging BI/ERP tools (SAP preferred)

You’re a Great Fit If You Have

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA certification (mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years of FP&A or Commercial Finance experience
• Strong FMCG industry experience in Nigeria
• Advanced Excel modelling skills
• Experience with ERP (SAP strongly preferred)
• Bonus: Power BI or Tableau experience
