Financial Officer at Loma Microfinance Bank Limited

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Manage branch cash flow and maintain accurate financial records.
• Reconcile accounts daily and ensure all transactions are balanced.
• Prepare financial reports and analyze financial data.
• Assist customers with opening new accounts and applying for financial products.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure a positive banking experience.
• Comply with all banking regulations and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience working in a financial institution (preferred).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
