    Finance Officer

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our finance team.
    • The Finance Officer will be responsible for assisting with financial recordkeeping, reporting, and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions.
    • This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of financial principles to support the smooth operation of the company's financial processes.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist with day-to-day financial operations, including processing invoices, receipts, and payments.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with company policies.
    • Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
    • Support the finance team in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
    • Prepare and reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
    • Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
    • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in preparing tax filings.
    • Assist in the preparation of annual financial audits and liaise with auditors.
    • Assist in payroll processing and manage employee expense reimbursements.
    • Provide support in maintaining and updating financial systems and databases.
    • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial transactions.
    • Assist with other finance-related duties as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
    • 2 - 4 years experience in a finance or accounting role.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
    • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Excel).
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
