We are seeking an experienced Program / Project Manager with a strong background in the telecom industry to lead and deliver complex technology programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AI applications, Ericsson platforms, and telecom charging systems, and will be responsible for overseeing project lifecycles from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of telecom projects and programs, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
Manage multiple workstreams, coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
Drive the implementation and integration of telecom charging systems and related platforms, including Ericsson solutions.
Identify and mitigate risks, proactively resolving issues to prevent project delays.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
Oversee AI-enabled initiatives within telecom projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and dashboards.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
Ensure compliance with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing large-scale telecom projects or programs.
Demonstrated experience with Ericsson platforms and telecom charging systems.
Proven knowledge of AI applications in telecom, digital transformation initiatives, or network automation.
Strong understanding of telecom operations, networks, and business processes.
Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile Scrum Master are preferred.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, complex environments and manage multiple priorities.
