    Finance Manager

    Summary

    • We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and support the growth of our business through sound financial management, operational oversight, and data-driven insights.

    Key Responsibilities
    Management & Accounting:

    • Manage daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
    • Maintain the general ledger and oversee reconciliations.
    • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (taxes, PAYE, VAT, etc.).
    • Lead budget planning, cash flow forecasting, and expense tracking.

    Operational Oversight:

    • Oversee and coordinate day-to-day business operations across departments.
    • Ensure internal processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
    • Monitor inventory, vendor management, and logistics where applicable.
    • Work closely with team leads to ensure alignment of financials with operational realities.

    Strategy & Reporting:

    • Provide key financial insights to support decision-making.
    • Analyze business performance and recommend cost-saving strategies.
    • Collaborate with management on business planning, expansion, and investment reviews.

    Digital Tools & Efficiency:

    • Leverage digital tools to improve workflow, reporting, and data management.
    • Use accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Zoho, etc.) efficiently.
    • Create and automate reporting dashboards for real-time visibility.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc./HND in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
    • 6 - 10 years proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, preferably in real estate or architecture.
    • Professional certification (ACCA, ICAN, CPA, etc.) is highly desirable.
    • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and a strategic mindset.
