    Project Manager

    Job Description

    • We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction and design projects from conception to completion.
    • The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of building codes and construction processes, and be capable of effectively managing stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of building and infrastructure projects
    • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
    • Manage project scope, budget, and timelines, and report on progress to senior management
    • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals
    • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, timelines, and deliverables
    • Monitor construction and site activities to ensure quality standards are met
    • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle

    Requirements

    • Strong knowledge of Nigerian building codes and construction standards
    • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
