Finance Executive at Velox Real Estate & Investment Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations and accounting activities.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Develop and manage company budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor cash flow, revenue, and project expenses.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax obligations.
• Supervise accounting staff and financial processes.
• Track property sales revenue and commission structures.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities including the Federal Inland Revenue Service.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, CFA) is an added advantage.
• 3-5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
