As the Finance & Admin Lead, you will provide overall financial leadership while overseeing administrative and corporate support functions. You will ensure financial sustainability, strong governance, effective controls, and efficient administrative systems that support business growth.
Responsibilities
Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and provide advisory support to executive management
Oversee accounting operations, cash flow, treasury, audits, tax compliance, and internal control frameworks
Manage administrative functions including office operations, procurement, vendor management, and HR administration support
Drive performance management, process improvement, system optimization, and team leadership across finance and admin functions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in finance and administration with leadership responsibility
Professional qualification (ICAN, ACCA, ACA, or CPA) is required
Strong expertise in financial reporting, governance, taxation, audit, and administrative oversight
