As the Field Trade Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for controlling, monitoring, and protecting in-store execution quality across Modern Trade outlets.
Responsibilities
Visit assigned Modern Trade stores and conduct daily in-store execution audits.
Identify, document, and report execution gaps affecting sales performance.
Monitor on-shelf availability (OOS) for all products and escalate critical gaps promptly.
Verify correct pricing, placement, visibility, and communication in-store.
Monitor planogram and shelf-space compliance across assigned outlets.
Requirements
Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in FMCG, retail, or trade marketing is preferred.
Strong observation, reporting, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a field-based role with strong time management.
High integrity, attention to detail, and execution discipline.
