Role Description

• A Field Telecommunication Lead in the oil and gas industry manages and maintains on-site communication infrastructure, supervises installation and troubleshooting, ensures compliance with standards, and coordinates with contractors to deliver reliable voice, data, and radio systems in demanding environments.
• The role involves technical leadership, site management, and a strong focus on safety and operational efficiency for communication systems essential to oil and gas operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Training and leading a team
• Technical proficiency in telecommunication systems
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
