    Field Sales Officers (FMCG Experience Only)

    Job Summary:

    The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence. This role involves identifying sales opportunities, visiting retail outlets, engaging directly with clients, and achieving set targets to support business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Actively seek out and engage potential customers to generate new businesses.
    • Visit retail stores, supermarkets, and other outlets to promote company products.
    • Conduct product demonstrations, explain features and benefits, and handle customer inquiries.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
    • Ensure availability and visibility of company products in all assigned outlets.
    • Negotiate sales deals and close transactions to meet or exceed set targets.
    • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
    • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
    • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure after-sales support.

    Requirements:

    • OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
    • 1–2 years’ proven experience in field sales, preferably in retail or FMCG.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
    • Good knowledge of the local market and retail distribution channels.
    • Must be target-driven and results-oriented.
    • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
