Job Summary

• We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with proven experience in Access Control (ELV) Systems to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support electronic security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and maintain access control systems, including biometric devices, smart locks, card readers, turnstiles, and CCTV integrations.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance, system upgrades, and commissioning.
• Provide technical support and user training to clients.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and technical reports.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless system deployment and client handover.
• Recommend system improvements and stay up to date with emerging security technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Access Control (ELV) systems is compulsory.
• Strong understanding of computer networking, including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, IP addressing, switches, routers, and network troubleshooting.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel for client support when required.
