Field Sales Executive at Ascentech Services Limited

About the Role

• On behalf of our client, a reputable brand in the consumer durables space, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Field Sales Executive to join their team in Port Harcourt.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field sales within the small kitchen appliances segment and a proven ability to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
• Build and manage relationships with dealers, retailers, and distributors.
• Conduct regular market visits and product demonstrations.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Report sales performance and market insights to management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery coordination.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in field sales, especially in small/ kitchen appliances.
• Experience working at appliance companies like Binatone, Kenwood, Synix, Rite-tek, Dee-kay, etc is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Familiar with the Port Harcourt market.
