Position Summary

• Gamma Mobility is seeking a Field Operations Lead to manage and oversee field activities, ensuring efficient execution of daily tasks, operational compliance, and safety standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of field personnel, optimizing processes, and coordinating recovery, verification, and emergency response teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of field personnel, ensuring tasks are completed effectively and in compliance with set processes.
• Identify and implement training and development opportunities for field staff.
• Take ownership of daily field activities, ensuring seamless execution and resolution of operational challenges.
• Develop, implement, and optimize processes to enhance productivity and minimize downtime.
• Oversee vehicle recovery, verification, and emergency response teams, ensuring smooth coordination.
• Conduct regular field assessments to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Investigate any accidents or incidents, preparing reports and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure all field operations comply with company policies and local regulations.
• Develop, implement, and optimize field processes to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
• Provide timely updates to the Portfolio Manager regarding field challenges and successes.
• Work closely with teams to solve complex operational challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience (3+ years) in field operations, preferably in the gig economy or mobility sector.
• Experience in leading and managing field teams, drivers, or contractors.
• Strong understanding of logistics, fleet management, and performance optimization.
• Proven track record in problem-solving and troubleshooting in real-time operational scenarios.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) or operations management is a plus.
