Field Marketer at La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Field Marketer, Brand Promoter, or similar role.
• Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Generate leads and collect customer feedback
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
• Creativity, energy, and passion for hospitality and tourism.
• Distribute marketing materials, conduct product sampling/experience teasers, and drive on-the-spot bookings.
• Engage potential customers with compelling storytelling about the resort’s African heritage, eco-tourism, and leisure offerings.
• Support partnership activation with travel agencies, embassies, schools and corporates.
• Represent La Campagne Tropicana at roadshows, carnivals, trade fairs, schools, corporate events, malls, and community activation.
• Ability to convert from field activation to bookings
• Execute creative marketing activations (e.g. pop-up experiences, street promotions, cultural displays).
• Track and report on daily activities, customer interactions, and achieved targets.
