Job Description

• Greet visitors, handle check-ins and check-outs, and assign room keys.
• Manage phone, email, and online bookings, changes, and cancellations.
• Answer switchboard calls, reply to guest questions, and give local attraction advice.
• Partner with housekeeping and maintenance teams to report ready rooms and fix issues

Qualification

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree in a relevant field.

Required Skills:

• Friendly, polite, and patient attitude when dealing with complaints.
• Knowledge of hotel management software (HOTELMAN) and basic office tools.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
