Job Description
- To prepare and review all of the documents that are signed at the closing of a real estate purchase.
- To liaise with client(s) on behalf of the company and to represent the buyer's and the company's interests at the end of transaction.
- She must make sure proper procedures are followed during the acquisition or sale of property.
- Also should handle how a property is zoned for usage.
- And other jobs required.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 6 years of experience.
