- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements
- Provide legal advice and guidance
- Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and legal trends
- Handkerchief legal disputes and litigation matters
- Prepare and maintain legal documentation, including corporate records, contracts, and regulatory filings
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 5 years Litigation experience
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction; license to practice law required
- -Excellent legal research, writing and analytical skills
