Eligibility & Requirements

• We welcome applications from recent graduates who meet the following criteria:

Core Requirements

• Completed NYSC, with no more than 1 year of post-NYSC experience
• Comfortable using technology and cloud based tools( Google sheets, emails etc). 
• Must own a Laptop and Smartphone
• University degree in Accounting, with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1)
• (Other degrees may be considered only if the applicant has started or completed a professional accounting qualification like ICAN — this signals genuine interest in the field)

Second Class Lower (2:2) graduates may be considered, but must show either:

• Progress in a professional accounting qualification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA), or
• Relevant work or internship experience in accounting or finance
• Preferred but not required
• Active progress in ICAN, ACCA, or similar programs
• Basic familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets
• Curiosity about how accounting supports business operations and decision-making
